We're pretty sly little buggers, let us tell you.  The slaves (Sadie calls these people the "Boss"?! Psh. They're our slaves.) are up to our shenanigans, but what gives?  We're cats- we do what we want.

I rule this house from as high up as I can.  I look DOWN to my slaves, not UP!

Sepia Saturday: Snowy Fun Time

Hello, Every"paw"dy!

Sorry I didn't post yesterday- life's been pretty crazy around the "ranch" the past week.  Mom's tire blew out and had to be fully replaced, the cat got sick and had to go to the vet, and just everything has happened!  Yikes!

But.....it is GORGEOUS outside right now.  I've been outside to play at least 10 times so far.  :)  The snow is lightly falling, and we're expecting another 2 inches or so.  What a weird November so far, but we sure enjoy it! :)

Sepia Saturday: Winter is Coming.

It's coming, everyone.  We're gearing up for winter- we're expecting significant amounts of snow on Sunday night into Monday morning.  Boy, I wish that jacket still fit me ;-)

Sepia Saturday: The Lone Pup

Happy Saturday, humans and dogs alike!

I was really bummed after my little friend, Kaiser/Geno left our nest yesterday, but I am finding solace in finding the best stick in the yard and crushing it to smithereens.  I guess I can get used to the lone pup life again.

Sepia Saturday- New Camera Lens

Boss got a new camera lens after our camping mishap a few weeks ago, and she is really pleased thusfar!  She got one that zooms a lot further.  Does that mean that it can run faster than me?! I think not!

Welcome to my first Sepia Saturday. Woo hoo!  Small Boss likes to photo edit, so this is right up her alley! :) 

A special thank you to Bosses' friend for shooting this picture.  I guess when I pull Small Boss down a rock hill and break her nice camera lens, it's hard for her to take cool pictures like this.  Who knew?  Bosses' friend is a great photographer, anyhow, and I love it when she shares pictures with me!  So thank you, M!

Skillful Saturday: Boss is Crafty

Heya, Blog Readers!

Well, it has been a very vacant weekendaround here at the Ranch, and I thought I was proud of my Boss' new little gift to me, in honor of being "Dog of the Day" this past Thursday.

Boss made this!

She made me a little leash hook to hang all my goodies on!

No more taking ALL that extra time finding that leash- it feels like an eternity when they can't find it! Now, it can hang right next to the door.  Insta-walk!

Boss, you should center this better.

Boss is a very crafty person, and when she saw those cute little doggy-butt hooks at IKEA, she thought of me and got to work.

Boss couldn't decide if she liked the glossy or matte.
