Hello, all you fantastic readers!
I have been working on this little project for a while now, and today is the day to announce:
I'm having my first giveaway, starting NOW!
I was given 2 different types of chews to review, courtesy of BestBullySticks.com.
The first one I tried was their 18" Gullet Ring Stick. It was cool, because it looked like a lollipop! This one was the first I tried, and I thought it was really tasty. First off, the thing is huge! And guess what- the lollipop part can fit over my muzzle. Kinda cool! Mom thought it was funny because my schnoz got stuck in it- I just wanted to see her laugh a little bit.
Anywho, the lollipop is nice because it isn't super stinky (all you pet parents know how smelly some sticks can be!) and keeps a dog nice and busy for a while. This one would be great for the light-to-medium chewer in the house. I happen to be a heavy and ruthless chewer, so I packed this one away in about 15 minutes.
The second ones I tried were the Super Toothpick Tails. This one was quite different from the first, but if I had to pick only one (between the lollipop and this), I think I would pick these. These ones smelled SO good (well, at least to me- the humans, not so much). I could clearly show the Bosses that I preferred these the moment the bag opened. I took it and hopped around with it for a bit, making sure that I was tenderizing my "prey" before going to town on it. ;-)
I even had my "paw"some friend, Willie, over to share the goodies with me. Look how much he loves them, too! He and I gobbled them up in about 30 minutes. It was a great break from an evening of fun playtime, and right after the tails were gone, we were right back to playing!
Check them out! You can find them at www.BestBullySticks.com or www.facebook.com/BestBullySticks. They were nothing but great to us- we love 'em!
Oh, and by the way, Thor approves as well- the box was magnificent. The kitty overlords are very amused.

ReplyDeleteBOL that is so much fun you are having and a delight to see... loved the tandem chewing!!! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
Thanks! All my friends love to chew, so it's nice to have a partner-in-crime to chew alongside whenever I get the chance! ;-)
DeleteThese would be great to keep around the house for granddogs !!
ReplyDeleteYou bet! Keep those entries rolling, maybe you'll be the lucky winner!
DeleteWell these are goodies that satisfy the whole family, Push-T-Cats as well. That's a win win isn't it ?
ReplyDeleteLoves and licky kisses
Princess Leah xxx
Exactly- chews for the pups and boxes for the kitties- it's a win-win situation!
DeleteYou are too funny and loving that bone! Hope you guys had a great Thanksgiving! :)
ReplyDeleteI love trying new to treats/bones and I would love the opportunity to demolish that bone!
Thanks, Spencer! I hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving yourself. I bet you'd demolish these bones pretty easily- they're just too good to not snarf them down! :)
DeleteHey those look amazing! Best Bully Sticks is awesome. My mom hasn't gotten me anything from there in quite awhile, but your post gave me some ideas for my Christmas list!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea! We might have to do that as well- the Bosses should probably start thinking about replenishing my stash! ;-)
DeleteMy guy LOVES "sticks" and can polish one off in a day of two of supervised chewing.
ReplyDeleteWow! That's very impressive. You and I should be friends- we could get into SO much mischief! ;-)
DeleteCan you believe we've never had one of these?!!!! Oh the shame!! Love the pics, so adorable!!
ReplyDeleteOh noes! I totally recommend browsing their website- they have some great stuff! I think we'll try some other things from their site in the future- maybe a braided stick, or an antler!
DeleteGinger loves bully sticks! It takes her about 20-30 minutes to eat one, depending on the size.
ReplyDeleteWow- that's about where I am, too. I'm glad you like to chew, too!
DeleteThat was a most excellent review!! Lots of action shots too!
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
Our house is very action-packed! It wouldn't be an honest review if Mom didn't post all the crazy pictures of me having fun with the goodies first. ;-)
DeleteShiloh goes through chews pretty darn fast, though bully sticks hold up much better than other chews. He would love to win this!
ReplyDeleteGood luck! Sounds like Shiloh would like these! :) The toothpick tails definitely held up longer than the lollipops, but they were both a nice way to let Mom get some things done around the house, if you know what I mean ;-)
DeleteWe love treats and these look really yummy!
ReplyDeleteThey were fantastic! I hope you get to try one- best of luck! :)
DeleteWe've never had a bully stick but since Marcus is one of us dogs, we should like the Super Toothpick Tails.
ReplyDeleteThe Super Toothpick Tails were great- I just polished off the last of the pack this morning. Mom likes them because I leave her alone and she can get housework done. ;-)
DeleteHoney would like to win because I put her toys away when we have a foster puppy visiting. By the time they go away, she's ready for a stinky treat.
ReplyDeleteMom puts them away, too, when I have foster siblings. These are nice and stinky for you! :)
DeleteThe girls love bully sticks and it can take them up to an hour to eat a really big one! :D
ReplyDeleteWow! Well done, girls! Just imagine if we were all in the same place- how many bully sticks could we go through? ...........oh dear. :)
DeleteMy dogs love treats and at least one of them would probably eat this within five minutes, LOL!
ReplyDeleteI can decimate the chews, too. My mouth is always chewing on something- thank GOODNESS they've all been appropriate human-approved items lately! ;-)
DeleteMy girls would love to win these! Jada especially loves chews and is a heavy chewer as well. She is a chihuahua mix, but she could take one of these down in maybe 20 mins!
ReplyDeleteOh, wow! That's impressive- I guess I don't know many small dogs like you that love to heavy chew like us big pups! I love it. :)
DeleteWow, you sure look to be enjoying those Bully Stix! We enjoy them too but not with such enthusiasm. We sit down and munch, taking it all very seriously! Sorry your cat had to get his paws in your review. My cat bro Bert always tries to get in my stuff too. The box is the most I want him to have!
ReplyDeleteAt least you eat yours with a little more.....grace.....than me! I gotta say, I just play with my food- I'm a clutz. Bert and Thor should be friends- they're always in our stuff. The other kitty, Allie, seems to keep her schnoz outta my business- and I'm okay with that. ;-)
DeleteWe'd love to win the treats so we can donate them to our local animal shelter for the pups to enjoy while they wait for their forever homes!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea! Our rescue just got a huge donation of knuckle bones- the shelter dogs love love LOVE goodies- I feel like they appreciate them that much more! :)
DeleteI've never had a bully stick, but I'm sure I'd love to munch on one! A Chewy's gotta chew!
ReplyDeleteWell shoot, you HAVE to try it then, since your name IS Chewy! :) I'm sure you'd like it- my Golden mouth is always munching or chewing on something. 24/7! :)
DeleteWe love Bully Sticks! We've only really had the really small ones, and those last us maybe around ten minutes or so.
ReplyDeleteHaha, wow! Those don't last long around your place. These didn't last too long, either. They only last as long as they do because I like to play with/pulverize my prey before I eat it. ;-)
DeleteThey love bully sticks, unfortunately though, not really meant for bully breeds. My girls can eat through one in minutes.
ReplyDeleteI bet they can! I can chew through one in minutes as well- "bully" or "not bully", us dogs sure love 'em!
DeleteWe have just adopted a senior dog. I'm not sure he's ever had one, so he would love to try one.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful- congratulations on your new best friend! :) I bet he'd love one- you never know when you find out that he loves to chew like us youngins!
